Being active is a huge part of my life - I believe in the power of movement and I believe that everyone, able bodied or challenged athlete, should have the opportunity to MOVE!

This year, instead of our 620 mile ride down the CA coast, I'm participating in a new event - The Ojai women's cycling retreat - and joining me are Katelynn Dilley, Peggy Cook, Lisa Antolino and Jenny Reynolds.

This is the first time that Peggy, Lisa and Katelynn will be participating in a CAF event and I'm so excited to share it with them.
